In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "wv999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the wv999.bet platform, licensed and regulated under applicable international gaming law.
• "Platform" means the wv999 website located at wv999.bet, including all sub-pages, services, features, games, betting markets, and downloadable content made available thereon .
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the wv999 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Member on the Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money game session placed or initiated by a Member using funds held in their wv999 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by wv999 before a Member may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency applicable to accounts registered by Pakistani residents on the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on wv999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or receiving winnings on the Platform.
2. You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by wv999 or any gaming regulatory body to which wv999 is subject.
4. You must not have had a previous wv999 Account permanently suspended or terminated for cause.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
6. You must not register on behalf of a third party, nominee, or any entity other than yourself.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above. Any misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each Member is responsible for the security and proper use of their wv999 Account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one active wv999 Account. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances where fraudulent intent is established.
• Credential Security: You must keep your username, password, and OTP codes strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify wv999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Up-to-Date Information: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes, including your mobile number, email address, or payment details.
• KYC Compliance: You must complete the KYC verification process when requested by wv999. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the wv999 Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. wv999 reserves the right to modify available deposit methods and applicable limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. wv999 may, at its discretion, require withdrawal to a verified bank account or mobile wallet registered in your name for KYC compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and same-day for bank transfers submitted before the daily processing cutoff.

4.3 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your wv999 Account are legally owned by you, are not the proceeds of criminal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim or encumbrance. Deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.4 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive — defined as having no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per calendar month. wv999 will provide notice before applying any such fee.

wv999 offers various promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available only to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• wv999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel any bonus already credited to an Account where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated as stackable in the promotion terms.
• Where a Member requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement applicable to any active Bonus Funds, wv999 reserves the right to forfeit the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to their use prior to processing the withdrawal request.

wv999 will not retroactively change wagering requirements or expiry dates attached to a bonus once the bonus has been activated by the Member.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. wv999 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any Wager at its absolute discretion, including without limitation where: (a) the Wager exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) the associated odds were displayed in error; (c) the Wager is placed after the relevant event has concluded; or (d) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider knowledge, or coordinated betting activity.

6.2 Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that result from a manifest error, wv999 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, obvious pricing mistakes, system glitches, and data feed errors that produce odds materially inconsistent with the prevailing market at the time of placement.

6.3 Cancelled Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport-specific rules, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account unless sport-specific rules provide otherwise.

6.4 Casino and RNG Games. All casino games, slot titles, and RNG-based products on wv999 operate on certified random number generation systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Game results are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be retrospectively altered by wv999 staff.

6.5 Live Casino. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, wv999 will use game server logs to determine the outcome and credit or debit the Member's Account accordingly. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined from available logs, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wv999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one wv999 Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings attributable to a known exploit are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other Members designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract promotional value improperly.
• Placing bets that constitute professional or syndicate arbitrage in a manner that exploits wv999's pricing or promotional structures rather than reflecting genuine recreational wagering.
• Conducting any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, data scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access, use, or wager on your Account.

All content on the wv999 Platform, including but not limited to the wv999 name, logo, trademarks, software, game assets, graphics, text, data, and interface design, is the exclusive property of wv999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) use any wv999 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner; (c) create derivative works based on Platform content; or (d) use Platform data for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of wv999's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

wv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wv999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. wv999's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their wv999 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wv999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events outside wv999's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory actions) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your wv999 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements, pending disputes, or compliance holds.

11.2 Suspension by wv999. wv999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is suspected breach of these Terms; (b) a payment is charged back or disputed by your payment provider; (c) we are required to do so by a regulatory authority; or (d) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity.

11.3 Termination by wv999. wv999 reserves the right to permanently close any Account found to be in material breach of these Terms. Where closure is the result of proven fraudulent conduct, abuse of promotions, or prohibited activities, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part as a remedy for the losses sustained by wv999 as a result of the breach.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.

wv999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, wv999 encourages you to make use of the following tools, all of which are available without charge to every registered Member:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can add to your Account within a given period. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in or actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
